Customer satisfaction is our priority. Every effort is made to provide the highest quality product in the most expedient manner.

Order Processing, Shipping and Customer Service Information

Office Hours – Open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time, closed week-ends and Federal holidays.

Order Confirmation – ZPRZ Company will send an emailed order confirmation with tracking information. If special (non-basic fee) shipping is required, the confirmation will include a finalized quote for your approval before the shipment is sent. Confirmations are sent during regular office hours.

Payment Options – ZPRZ Company accepts VISA, MasterCard or PayPal payments.

Taxes – California residents add 9.25% to the total order including shipping or provide a valid resale certificate number. All orders are shipped from South San Francisco and are subject to the laws of this state.

Delivery Options – Since ZPRZ Company ships worldwide, shipping costs vary to a great extent depending upon final destination. Every effort is made to provide the safest and most economical delivery. ZPRZ Company utilizes all major carriers so the choice is yours. A chart of options with shipping estimates will appear in the shopping cart. The order confirmation will include the shipping and handling charges for your preferred arrangement. Do note that the products can be quite heavy and expedited deliveries can cost more than the actual merchandise cost. Contact us> for any special requirements. Estimated delivery times are just that, since acts of nature and bureaucracies can adversely affect delivery.

* PO Box, APO or FPO Addresses: Orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Shipments to military addresses may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Order Tracking/Tracing – You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Backorders – ZPRZ Company does backorder out of stock items upon customer approval. Every effort is made to maintain a complete inventory of featured website merchandise. If an item is not available, the order confirmation will reflect the change and you will not be charged for the item until it comes in on backorder.

Returns – Contact us within 72 hours of receipt of goods for a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for return.

1. Damaged on arrival: Orders are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse, but if an item is damaged we want to know about it. Full credit is available on unused damaged items. No credit is given on items that have been used after receipt.

2. Shipped in error: The packing slip is checked against the merchandise before shipping, but if the wrong items slips through a full credit is authorized.

3. Unwanted items: Must be in unused, saleable condition to receive credit.

a) Subject to a 25% restocking fee

b) No refund on shipping and handling charges

c) Return postage paid by buyer

d) Custom orders (including adjusted lengths or custom pulls) and clearance items are not returnable.

Credits ZPRZ Company will credit your credit card for the approved amount upon receipt and processing of returned merchandise to the warehouse. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.

Special Orders

 As the manufacturer of zippers, a virtually limitless variety of zippers are available. Please contact us for any special request.

1. Orders under 100 pieces of black or white tape or 500 pieces of color tape zippers will incur an up-charge of $25 to $50 per type and color.

2. Please specify:

a) Type of zipper (Coil, Plastic, Metal)

b) Teeth gauge (size #3, #4, #5, #8 or #10)

c) Teeth color or finish

d) Tape color and type

e) Finished length (available in ½” increments from 3” to 1,000”)

f) Closed-end, Separating, Two-way Separating or Chain (by-the-yard)

g) Slider (if not specified, a standard auto-lock slider will be quoted)

h) Pull (if not specified, the standard pull will be quoted – ask about custom pulls with your logo or name)

i) Quantity

3. Lead time is 3 - 6 weeks received by the South San Francisco warehouse from the factory.
